With the Colorado Rocky Mountains in the backdrop, Coors Field is located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. Go to Denver Colorado and you can check out the great Coors Field. This ballpark seats over 50,000 fans. If you are lucky enough to get to sit in the first base or right field area seats you also get a spectacular view of the Rocky Mountains.
One piece of information you can have going in is why are most of the seats green but the upper deck 20th row seats painted purple? This signifies that you are exactly 1 mile above sea level. Heh, talk about nose-bleed seats.

Exploring The Colorado Rockies Stadium
Coors Field hosted its first game in 1995 and sits atop 76 acres in lower downtown. When the ballpark was first designed, it was going to accommodate only 43,800 fans. However, because the Rockies were attracting an average of over 57,000 fans each game at the previous stadium (Mile High), capacity for Coors Field was expanded to 50,200. One of the most-coveted sections of seats is named the Rockpile, which is where you can find some of the most cheap rockies tickets online anywhere. It includes 2,300 seats and is located in center field. The reason fans enjoy this section of the stadium is because it's one of the few that provides a magnificent view of the skyline.
